• When do I squeeze? Lift with the ring. Hold if it says hold. Let it settle on the green release.
• When do I breathe? Gold is filling / full. Green is emptying / empty. Match the ring, don’t fight it.
• Is this medical treatment? No. It is a training coach. Talk to a doctor or pelvic-health physio if you have pain, leaking, or recent surgery.
